I'd never add more than 2" to that. Adding 3" to even a stock truck is a bad idea. They put the front end at hellish angles. I have a similar suspension as far as this is concerned and have a 2" level added. However, you risk not being able to align the truck even with a 2" level, so 2.5" is pushing it on a Pro Comp.

Body roll is when the vehicles weight shifts to the outside during turning, making the body want to roll in that direction.
Turbulence is only an unsteady movement of air.
