Vehicle vibration

I need help in identifying what is causing a vibration in the gas pedal during any acceleration, although it goes away when I let off the gas and is not there during idle. My truck is a 99 F-150,4.2,auto short bed. Lowered 2 f and 4 r.
The front end was rebuilt 2 months ago with the second set of wheel bearings in three months, and the trans rebuilt last August.
The truck has 117 K on it, any ideas would help me a lot. ????????
