37'S on an 09 f150
37'S on an 09 f150
I currently have 09 f150 (fx4 supercrew) that's has a 6" rcx lift with 35x12.50-20's with xd hoss wheels, im selling the wheels and tires and would like to run 37x13.50-22 in -44 offset. is there anything, suspension wise I could add to get the proper clearance? I know a 3" body lift would work but looking for options. I was going to try bilstein 5100's to add an extra inch but they're on a national backorder and really not sure if it would work anyway. any help would be appreciated.
im not sure on my current offset but they stick out quite a ways from the factory fLARES and only rub at full turn if I hit a dip.

First off, how wide are the wheels? Depending on that and the offset, that'll help determine how much is really needed to clear them properly. Your definitely gonna wanna go to 8" at least though.
To get to that initial 8" however, assuming your kit provides the full 6" of dropdown on the front crossmember: If you have a kit with a 6" spacer up front, you'll need to pick up a set of leveling struts and set them to the 2" mark to bump yourself up, if you have the replacement coilovers to give you the lift you can add a 2" spacer to bump yourself up.
If your kit doesn't provide the full 6", then your more limited.
If all else fails, there's always the bodylift option, but install isn't cheap on them.
Or you can try to get lucky and come across one of the Rize kits, which would give you a bigger lift overall.

I think I'm just going to stay with the 35x12.50-20. I have XD hoss 20x9 -12 right now. I'M thinking 20x10 fuel hostage, but don't know if-24 will be OK if I get some bilstein5100 and raise it another 1". Right now I have a rub (barely) at full turn if I hit a hard bump or dip.
