sas lift?

I plan on lifting a 95 f150 about 4-5inches the plan was to do a shackle flip in the back, but for the front i figured a sas would be the best to lift it, my question is, could i put a spacer or special bracket under the bottom coil bucket to temporarily lift it until i can buy new coil springs? It wont see offroad for a few weeks to 2 months. I have access to tools to fabricate any part.. any suggestions of what i could do? Also what will i all need for the sas? I know a 78 dana 44 is a good axle but what are the extras ill need. I dont know what works the best.

Try checking over on pirate 4x4, this is the kind of stuff the members over there do constantly. But to warn you, do your research before you post, they can get pretty harsh to people who ask questions and haven't researched them yet.
