Which level kit?

Considering a couple options for my '13 Lariat 4x4 Eco with 3.31 gears.

Tuff Country Ford F150 3" Lift Kit
or
Autospring 2" Complete Leveling/Lift Kit

I am looking at going with some 295/60/20 Trail Grapplers eventually, but it will be a ways down the road.

Couple things, my mileage already sucks really bad as it sits bone stock. How much worse is this gonna make it?

Second, is the 2" Autospring going to be a good choice. I don't want to go much higher. My wife has knee problems and it is already difficult enough for her to get in and out.

a 2" Autospring will level out the truck nicely. and with bigger tires those 3.31 gears are going to make mileage go down the drain big time.

The EcoBoost is supposed to be the most fuel efficient full size truck out there, what is your opinion of what bad MPG is? The 3.31 gearing is very unfortunate though, I wouldn't have bought it for that reason alone. Secondly the 295/60s are a 34.5" tall tire, if you aren't looking to lift it up anymore than it currently is I suggest a smaller stock size tire or max a 33" tire. The level won't hurt the height any other than drawing the nose end up in the air more, and the step bars will feel level unlike a slant on unleveled trucks.
