Hey fellows, the decision was made, that since he signed back up openly and expressed the desire to be a good citizen on the site, to give him an opportunity to prove himself. So far, what has happened is several have made it very difficult to do so. Why not give him the opportunity? If he starts the stuff as before, he will be gone again, buy frankly, I think he has shown an increased maturity by not responding in kind. Lets give him a chance, ok?

This is not the first time a member was allowed to return. Some have succeeded, some failed. I guess we apply that rule with some compassion where we can

 

Allowed to return = original account was un suspended

Rejoining under a new user name does not = allowed to return.

 

That distinction in this case seems to be just a technicality. He is not trying to hide behind a new ID. The only way to get his wishes known was with a new ID. He had no way of reaching out otherwise. I fail to see Italy's a difference. Either he will be able to function positively or he won't, but I think he should get an opportunity to prove himself.

You're BARELY un-suspended. If I were you, I'd be grateful for that, but I wouldn't expect to have 'moderator status' quite yet. So let the mods decide if 06 or anybody else is on their way to a suspension, hmm?

I ain't worried about crap. I'll just start a new user name and post under it. We have learned thats ok as long as we try our best we get a star on the board.
