I tried searching around the forum for it and I couldn't really find anything on the helper springs, but I know what your talking about now ha. Just couldn't find it because everyone either goes with an aal or airbags.

As for that coil spacer, DON'T buy that. Biggest waste of money ever, makes for a pretty bad ride, and kinda unsafe too. They have a risk of pretty much just falling out if the truck flexes, bounces, etc.

If your not going to go with the f250 coils, you need a spacer that either sits on top or below the spring.

@pizzaman711 Thanks for the heads up! I haven't decided if I'm gonna go with the 250 coils, but if not, do you have a link for those "plugs" that go on the top or bottom? thanks!

Or could I just use that same one I linked, but instead of putting it in the coil, could I just set it on top or bottom? Either way, is it better to put it top or bottom?

Forget about that cheap peice of rubber for a spacer. It has a slit in the middle to. Go on ebay and get a real spacer. I mean you can do what you want obviously but im just trying to help. And also leaf spring helper? I dont even..

You need something like that.

That one you linked originally is a complete waste of money, and it wouldn't work whether you put it in the middle, top or bottom.

As for where to put it different manufactures will specify that, majority make them for the top but some make them for the bottom also.

Your best bet would be the F-250 coils and an add a leaf. Helper springs are good for what they are, but add no lift height.

Does anyone have experience with lift blocks? The ones you put under the leaf packs.

Do the 4x4 150s have the same springs as the 250s? I'm just wondering bc mine is a 4x2.

If im correct the 4x2 and 4x4 f-150 springs are interchangeable, not components. 4x2 f250 springs will fit on a 4x2 f150, but im not certain if they will fit in a 4x4 f150.
