What lift??
what kind of budget are you on $$ for the lift? do you want a basic set up or coil over set up, etc? do you off road or drive down wash board roads frequently?
If you want to stick with 4", I highly recommend Rancho like galaxy said especially if you plan to keep your stock wheels.
BDS also has a 4" lift (as well as 6"). As far as I know you cannot run stock wheels (they used to advertise you could so might verify that with them tomorrow) don't follow there online price as it's usually cheaper at the dealers.

I had the 4-inch Rancho system.....highly recommend the system as it is very well engineered with a solid one-piece subframe. I had it both for my Tahoe Z71 and F150 FX4 and both trucks drove great; not too high (still fit under 7-ft garage door and car washes), and also still very accessible for day to day use and driveability compared to the 6-inch lifts I have had.
My '09 FX4 with the Rancho;

I am actually seriously considering going back to the Rancho as I am not too happy my current 2.5-inch BDS system on my Platinum. I need another inch to completely clear my 34.5 inch tall tires as well as get a more even stance, and don't like the (lack of) wheel travel when offroading.

Although mine is an '02, I have the same comments as desert dawg. The one piece subframe Rancho uses seems to make a difference in the rock solid stability of the lift. On my truck after the lift, everyday driving and handling was substantially improved. The whole truck just felt more 'solid'.
