Help: Hard click from front end on my Harley truck

2001 F150-Harley Davidson Super Crew Cab (rear wheel drive)...

'Hard click', seems to come from front end suspension. Happens during slow driving like 1st or 2nd gear, when I press gas pedal and get off it. It seems to 'hard click' when shifting or transferring weight; accelerating or decelerating between 1st and 2nd gear.

Let me know what you think or if you have experienced this. The sound is getting worse, louder and more often.

Thx.

The truck has 102,000 miles and I have done nothing to the truck's suspension. All I have done to the truck's front end is replace brake pads.

1st impression would be ball joints. I'm 4wd, so my front end is a bit different, and I'm no mechanic. But ball joints is where I would start.

search here and youtube for ball joint replacement. You will find lots of info. good luck!
