does my truck have a leveling kit?

Don't know too much about these things, yet...

Front end does appear to sag a bit compared to the back end. I am wanting to put bigger wheels and tires on it.

I don't know if that deal at the top of the spring there is some sort of level kit or is stock?

05 f150

Wanting to put 18in wheels with 34-35 inch tires

I don't think so, if it had a 2 or 2.5" leveling kit, you would be able to see the bottom half of the spacer, and the rake appears to be close to stock.

It looks like it may have a 1 inch lift urethane spacer in there. (possibly) I know the top of the coils have a bushing (for lack of a better word) on most. But that looks a bit much to be one of those. ???? Fords generaly have 2.0 inches of rake. Measure from the center of the wheel to the top of the fender opening and see what the difference is. That would be the amount of rake you have. Do this on a flat surface and measure both sides and compare. Very few places are accually perfectly flat. Some one should chim in if they have one to see if there is a difference. Post measurements so we can better help you. Good luck.
