Help to diagnose suspension squeeking noise 2010 FX4
Hi! I need the community help to diagnose some suspension noises. The truck has 50,000 miles and is no longer in warranty and I don't want to go to dealer.
Truck is 100% stock tires, rims and suspension.
The squeeking noise come from front suspension. It makes when stering is full or near full rotation when the tires hit the curb driveway or uneven surfaces.
That sound came from doing some times to doing almost everytime. The noise start to appears some 30,000 miles and now is more common than before.
The kind of noise I hear is like a squeeking when rubbing 2 metal surfaces.
At first I belive is something related to ABS or stability control but I discard because when abs or stability are working the noise is very different.
There is also another noise when traveling at very low speeds (5mph) in eneven or unpaved road is a soft squeeking.
Thanks for your help!

Sway bar links and bushings should be checked.
I've also seen vehicles get some noise out of tie rod ends and balljoints if they're worn and don't have fittings to grease them, or just have not been greased properly.
Could also be a upper strut mount making noise.
