Body Lift Bought

I bought a body lift to add to the 8" suspension lift. Anyone done one of these yet, I have on a few other trucks but have heard that the F150's are a little difficult? Planning on installing next friday, any tips????

start spraying the body bolts now, do it several times a day too.

i read the directions a couple days before and did the little things before the weekend i started it, like get measurements, take off rear bumper, etc..

Yeah, everyone says body lifts are a real pain to install on the 04-08's. I think the 09-12's are a little easier.

Dude I can honestly say if you are installing a body lift, pay to have it done...Took me about 14 hours, did it myself as my helper bailed at the last minute...I am so sore and tired I can honestly say that the suspension lift was so much easier than the darn body lift.

I will post pictures tomorrow, 11" total lift, 37" tires....
