Exclamation how to raise the front?!

So.. i am trying to raise the front end of my truck atleast 2" maybe even 3" or so but i have looked EVERYWHERE on how to do so. i have a '99 f250 superduty 2wd EXTENDED cab 6.8l v10. I was looking at coil spacers because they were only like 50-60$ but iv been told they the extended cab for some stupid reason has a wider coil spring so they wont fit. Iv been told to try extended coil springs.. to bad i cant find any to fit.
Iv tried and looked Everywhere and i can not find anything other than spending almost a grand on a full complete lift which i dont need nor do i wanna pay that much..

So if anyone can find something that might work for what i need or have any suggestions, id very much appreciate it!

couple ideas:
diesel 2wd coils up front, the v10 might use the same coil though. you'd need to research that on your own

check tasca parts (ford dealer on line, do a google search website will pull up) and check to see if the part numbers are different for your truck vs. all others to truly find out if yours are wider.

okay i did that and from what diagram i can tell that looks like mine, there is 1 kind of spring and i dont see a parts number but when i click to buy or add to cart, it NEVER once ask me about what kinda cab. also they told me that the ext cab and Special xl models... also never ask anything about that.

So uhm... wouldnt that mean they all have to be the same?

its #9 if you want to second check me http://www.tascaparts.com/parts/1999...agramCallOut=9
