The Suspension Source & Products
First off I want to thank everyone who has been a loyal customer to The Suspension Source over the last two years. We have had quite a few questions lately about some of our products. We wanted to address those questions that have been lingering around the forum.
I do want to make it clear that we do not purchase any products from ANY companies within the Arizona area. We here at The Suspension Source are also car and truck enthusiasts. We know how important it is to use quality products. We decided to offer a non-branded product line to compete with other companies who we feel might offer what some might call inferior products and customer service. After finding a few suppliers for these products we launched our non-branded product line. These products do not offer a warranty but however meet the budget needs of some customers. Over the last two years we have less than a 1% defect rate on these products.
The Suspension Source brand products are becoming a well-liked product within the community. Our products carry a 1 year warranty, which if you follow my posts you will see we stand behind 100%. Again over the last two years we have less than 1% defect rate. With the quality and pricing we are able to offer a product that is comparable to brands like Springtech and DJM.
For customers looking for a household name and lifetime warranty we are an authorized retailer of Belltech products. We believe Belltech products are some of the best in the market. From their Street Performance shocks to lowering shackles our customers are always happy. If you would like to hear about product comparisons please feel free to ask us.
Let’s go to the good news. With your continued support we have been able to relocate our business office to Fresno, California. Our shipping times and business hours will remain the same. However we will still not offer local pickups.
