Leveling kit

Can some one let me know if a leveling kit on an 04 will be as harsh on the front end as torsion keys on a 97-03? Will it effect it at all? Like having to replace front end parts all the time. The ride will prolly be the same, same spring, unless the spacer is putting more pressure on the spring makin it stiffer.

Thanks for the help.

Ride quality will not change. As long as you put a 2" or 2.5" leveling kit on, you shouldn't have worn out parts. If you put a 3" spacer, you will

Right. With the 97-03 4x4's you were putting more preload on the torsion bars to lift the truck. With the 04-12's you are putting a spacer on top of a coilover shock. This is not increasing or affecting the preload on the springs.
