Question Are Bilstein 5100's only for lifted trucks?

Seems like a lot of websites that sell these shocks have them listed as being used for 1+ inches of body lift. I'm referring to the back shocks here. Are they a good replacement for a stock truck with no rear lift?

They have them for stock trucks.

And you don't need extended shocks for a body lift.

I run them on my landcruiser, and will end up with them on my f150 when the stocks wear out
