Alright im getting a 6 inch pro comp lift for my 04 f150 fx4 i wont be doing to much off roading mostly just mudding. I was set on the stage 2 mostly because of the coilovers and i was planning on jumping to an 8" down the road. Ive decided i will not ever go to 8 so now im thinking about just getting the stage 1 (cheaper)
Im just wondering how the stage 1 holds up under light off roading and what others think i should do

 

Stage 2. your coil overs are probably pretty beat by now...I am glad I went that route.....

 

ditto...if you can spring for the stage 2, go for it. i have it on my truck as well and it rides soooo much better than stock! plus the adjustment is there in case you ever change your mind.

 

I agree. Since you have an 04, your coilovers are probably worn out anyway, may as well upgrade.

 

thats what i needed to hear people with stage 2 saying go for it thanks for the input going with the stage 2 plus i wanted the look of the new coil overs thanks guys

 

i just but new bilstines on my 06 xlt so my shocks are fine should i still get the stage 2
