I actually thought it would look higher. The back almost looks the same. Maybe its just the way the pic is taken. Looks good though.

I think it's the picture... Can't really tell on that hill... It's a noticeable difference in the front... The back is the same 3 inches.. I'll see if I can get some better pictures...

It is a shame, but on the other hand it's their job.

Update:
After a month of having the truck back and all the troubles my wife had been telling me it was making funny noises and popping sounds.... Had it dropped off at another shop and was told the lift wasn't installed correctly.... To many issues to name... Biggest issue was bolts not being tightened.... Backing plate loose..... No alignment... Spent another $600 and it rides like a charm now..

Glad things are worked out...that shop needs to go away, period. If I had probs with my installation, I have no one to blame but myself!! On that note, I love how this Rancho kit rides and I'm sure you will too.

Drive it in good health!!

Yeah... Probably should have waited till I was home to have it installed.. I think the outcome would have been different and I wouldn't have had so many issues... Any other mods will be done while i'm home that way i'll know immediately if it's right or not...

That shop really needs to go away.... They could get someone killed....

Back from the dead thread

I just purchased my first Ford 1/2 ton after owning three F250's over 15 years. I now am the owner of a 2007 F150 supercab and am excited to lift it 4".

I have narrowed my selection to the Rancho or the Superlift. I'd like to run the stock wheels if possible so that tells me that the Rancho is the way to go. Unfortunately, Rancho discontinued their 4" lift for the 2004-08 F150's
last summer.

Does anyone know if and where I might find a leftover Rancho lift? I've made a few calls but have struck out everywhere. Even Ebay is empty.

I'm not opposed to the Superlift. I just don't like the wheels sticking out the wheel wells more than 1"+/-.

Thanks everyone!

I have found 2 websites that still have them....
http://www.4wheelparts.com/Lift-Kits...urer_PQ=Rancho
http://www.central4wd.com/inventoryd...folder%7C98362

From me to you... I did not pay that price for a 4" kit and I never would.. The kit when I got it was discontinued and cost me $1465... You'd be better off going with a 6" kit... BDS has a 4", 6", and 8" in the same price range as this Rancho...
