Rancho 4" Suspension (discontinued)
There are pleanty of 4" lifts available for the 04-08's.
off the top of my head:
BDS
Zone
Rancho (no more apparently)
superlift (4.5" lift)
rough country
The only reason the Rancho was so popular IMO was the ability of stock wheels and people not researching and going with what everyone else does.

Those damn god awful strut spacers. I hear that you can use strut coil overs to replace them with.... One of the main reasons I chose Rancho.... I gotta yank a tire and check my BS before I prematurely buy a lift that will rub more than I can trim....
******UPDATE******
Had the wife to take the truck up to Auto Expressions to install the lift. Been communicating back and forth with them for a month so I felt very confident that my truck would be taken care of...
(1) Was quoted a price for install.. Not a issue... Good with that.. I asked specifically if alignment was part in the install.. Answer was yes.... Called around noon today and asked was the truck ready and I was asked about an alignment. Then this guy(owner) proceeded to tell me that I really don't need an alignment it's not necessary.. I told him that I have $3600 in tires and YES an alignment is necessary because there is no way i'm buying more tires from premature wear. He then says it will be $65 for the alignment and hangs up... I'm still on the phone...
(2) Before this whole hanging up fiasco.... Thursday I called them before the truck was dropped off and told them that I wanted everything that came off the truck back... Shocks, spindles, brackets nuts bolts and especially my AUTOSPRING 2.5" LEVEL KIT.... The wife goes to pick up the truck because I did not want them to do my alignment and felt that my truck should go somewhere else.... Guess what they tell her??? WE CAN'T FIND ALL OF THE PARTS.... Waiting on the pics from my wife to see what all is missing... I'm guessing the level kit and 3" rear blocks is missing. I promised those to a member on this site a month ago...
Not going to discredit this shop or anything like that at the moment until I get more clarity of the situation.. But the owner is pretty disrespectful and unprofessional.... Will update again tomorrow after I call back up there..
