Hellwig says that the rear anti-sway bar is 1&1/8", that's 28.575mm. I saw in your other post that your truck is lowered. I recently got a catalog that lists Hellwig rear anti-sway bars specifically for lowered rears in 2",4" and 6"; just FYI.
