Rear suspension question

I currently have a 8" Rize lift with the standard Rize block and 2" AAL in the rear. I am planning on getting King coilovers and wanted to utilize the extra 1.5" to 2" of lift that they could give me. I am unsure of what to do with the rear. At this point I don't feel like spending the money on Deaver leaf packs. If I put in 4" AAL's in place of the 2" ones, would it work out? I would also have to order the King rear shocks a specific length correct? Thanks

I didn't even know they made a 4" aal. Your other options would be a bigger block or lift shackles. And yes you'll need to know the extended/collapsed length of the shock.

Fx4 for life 79 is running a 4" AAL, i think it's skyjacker but not 100% positive.

at 10" you might also run into driveshaft issues and need to have yours lengthened.

All that money for King coil-overs on the front and you're gonna half-a$$ it on the rear???? Deaver (or some other quality brand) spring pack is the only way to go to balance out your truck nicely with the obvious quality and attention you've put in the front. Anything else will be half-a$$.

I don't see how you've got the money for Kings but not Deavers.

Try Atlas or National, I think they're a little cheaper than deavers.
