I just looked up the jd fab kit, for the price it only comes out to a couple hundred more than the dixon bros with the shocks. So I'd go with it if you have a little more to spend since it has the heims instead of ball joints (imagine never having to worry about replacing a ball joint again!). Also because it upgrades you to the porsche 930 cv axles which allow a little more travel especially if your using 4x4 at the same time.
Pizzaman711 gave you some good advice. I would stay away from foa shocks there is a reason they are cheap, saw a bumpstomp grenade under an F150. They are better suited for rock crawlers.
Also the Dixon kit is great and the owner does great work. I have their Ranger 4wd kit. And yes the JD Fab kit uses heims on the top of the spindle but it is a ball joint on the bottom mount and you get 930 CVs with the Dixon Kit.

I know about 5 different employees that worked there. 1 still does, the others have left because its a joke and the owner is a tool. if anyone looks at this thread later and thinks they should try add, refrain from doing so. if people need a bumper or something similar built and are looking to buy something finished and bolt on, please either message me on this subject and I will either build you one myself, or point you in the right direction with the right information to good quality people who can give you a product that will look and actually be 100x better.
