Yes you can run suspension and body together. Two completely different ways of lifting.

I think I am going to go with those Rancho quick lifts in the front for a 2 inch leveling, but i still need to decide on a good comfortable shock to put in the rear.

Bilstein 5100s seem like the popular choice for shocks. I don't have them, but people seem happy with them
