Finally going lower
Yeah my 2 inch coils ended up being 2.5. I was looking at the leafs and they don't have much arch. I was figuring on drilling the hangers and painting them so when the adjusting phase hits I won't have to remove anything but bolts. I just want the wheel gap to be the same. Are you running bags in the rear and if so what style and location
I have helper bags now but I think they will need to come off. They sit just in front of the axle. I can always put the on the wifes TRD Tacoma for towing. I recruited a helper for this weekend so I hope like hell it don't rain. When you bust your ars all week it"s nice when you have someone to help out and hand you tools as needed or help lift something. Especially when your on your back on the driveway. Wish I had a garage..lol
Oh snap...hahaha. At least the driveway has stretch out room. Your a tall focker too..knees on the wall when to work under it..haha We have a guy in town with a lifted f350 that is pretty damn tall. I thought it would be funny to take a pic like you did parked under it...lol
The leaf springs bushing were wrong so I ordered a set of prothane bushings. None of the prothane bushings fit the leaf springs. The springs eye loops are the same size both ends. So the front is smaller than O.E. and rear is bigger than O.E. Therefore not allowing me to install because the springs where made to fit whatever bushing they had instock at the time. They were listed for 97-03 f150 and was obviously incorrect. I blew them up thanking them for their incompetence and f ing up two 3 day weekends. I explained to them that 80% of business is repeat business. I'm my field there is 0 tolerance for this much lack of attention to detail and why I have the same expectations of them. Alot of company's use the excuse way out and blame an other dept. I can't stand excuses. Just get it right the first time. Anything worth doing is worth doing right the FIRST TIME. Customer service, Quality control and attention to detail is greatly lacking these days. Now I have to wait til monday at the earliest to get someone to staighten things out when it should of been...Sir we will overnight a new set to you so We don't F you off two weekends in a row and you can use your 3 day weekend to install them. We appologize for our mistake . We take care of our customers!

Thanks bro. I just gave the bushings another shot and if I had a press with 4 or 5 hundred lbs I may have a prayer. But thats not how it should be. and the back would still be completely wrong. I like the way the front looks I have been toying around with tire sizes for the 20's that will fit and I think I got it down to 265/45/20's. What do you think?
These are the front bushings. Black ones are what came on the springs and the red are the new ones. The red one are O.E. replacement and are 3/16 bigger around with the correct sleeve.

These are the rear bushings and the replacement ones are 1/4 smaller than the spring eye loops

Needless to say.. aint happening

I was thinking the same thing but then the rear eye loop still is wrong and the new bushings are a 1/4 inch too small. So in the end It can't be complete due to stuff not matching up size wise.
So today I talked with Tom at Air bagit. I gave him all the measurements of the leaf springs eye loops and bushings sent with the springs. I gave him the I.D. measurements for the sleeves 14mm for rear and 18mm for front sleeves. The O.D. of the bushings being 1.5 inches with a inner I.D. 3/4 inches. All this being said, the bushings for the front would need to have a larger I.D. to accommidate the larger sleeve. the rear just needs to have a smaller I.D. sleeve. They could of made this easier on themselves had they of made the springs to fit standard O.E. hardware.
