xmas present

So i finally decided and went with the bds 8 inch kit, since i have the rear on custom leafs, from the superlift kit ill just add a little taller block since all that is there is the stock one. So since i went with the the 8 inch kit my question is do I have to get a drivetrain extension, bds says it is not likely and is different from truck to truck. What do yall think?
thanks yall

if the lift says it needs it it may just need it. But if theres no word of it with your lift paper work you wont need it. So is santa going to be bringing it to you? If so his elves will be making it. They will have to contact bds for the specs on building the kit. It wont be from bds but im sure the quality of it will be as good or better. (those elfs are magical) But not magical enough to make the kit with out knowing the specs on it) Ive asked santa for some upper control arms. But what a gift that would be for you huh?

yea the workshop has contacted bds and they say
Note: After installation is complete and the vehicle is setting on the ground be sure to inspect the slip on the rear driveshaft. Although highly unusual, certain cab configurations over certain years achieve excessive extension of the rear driveshaft. If this occurs, order rear driveshaft spacer # 123609.
so i dont no what exactly to do to order it or wait and see
it would be but i jhave camburgs already
thanks yall

Dude. Santa ain't real.

Back to the topic, what the shops doing will be best. Some people do need it some don't, but it's one of those things you can't tell until your have the lift installed and drive it some to see if you have any driveline vibration.
