Issues after level???

Installed new lower ball joints, new UCAs, and beings everything was apart and was gonna have the rig alligned with the new tires anyhow I stuck in a HBS billet Leveling spacer.
Now I've got 2 Issues:
1st at full lock the truck dives to the opposite side. Is this normal? I understand its prolly the angle increase on the tie rods pulling the spring down, I think.
2nd Is a mistake on my part in the reassembly I assume. There is a noise that matches wheel speed, real "tin-y" like maybe the splash plate on the brakes but goes away with a hard left turn, and comes back as you come out of the corner.

The body roll is normal, it's just unloading the suspension from one side to the other and the added lift makes it more noticeable to you. But an alignment will definitely help.

Unloading suspension?? At complete stand-still. It dives when I'm sitting still and turn to full lock.

Yes, probably not the best term for it but it's an easy way to understand it. It's body roll, while maybe not noticeable with a stock height truck its more noticeable on a lifted one. It's however the steering works (sorry I'm no expert in that area so I can't really explain), but imagine when your driving when you turn the side of the truck on the inside of the turn is going to dip down, why I don't know it's just how it all works together. If it was the other way around and the side of the truck that's on the outside dipped you'd be more likely to roll the truck. So even when your not moving the truck will still work the same way.
