front end what to replace

I have a 2001 f150 screw with 140xxx miles. I took it for alignment the other day and had two different shops tell me my lower ball joint, idler arm, and pitman arm are bad. All parts are factory parts. Truck has 35 inch tires.

I am wondering while i am in the front end with this many miles what else should I replace? Upper? Tie rod?

It's a good idea to get the uppers with the lowers bj while they already have it disassembled. Because when those uppers go bad you have to pay that labor all over again. Unless your doing it yourself then I would do what just needs to be done.

Tie rod ends wouldn't hurt either.
