You're gonna need to do a body lift.

It's possible with the perfect wheel/tire combo but chances are without a body lift like buxton said you'll have some rubbing.

The diameter of the wheel doesn't matter, it's the width and backspacing. Most members installed body lifts and a 6 inch suspension to fit 37's. But a 37x12.50 may fit if you use a 9 inch wide wheel with 4.5 or 5 inches of backspacing.

What he said^. The right wheel and tire and it can fit, but most people do the body lift to be on the safe side.

yeah it can work it just will probably rub close if not all the way fully turned, best bet is to do a 3in body on top of the 6 inch, it looks sick btw. not to expensive just alot of work involved..

go to the offroading section and in the flex pics thread, there is a white 97-03 ext cab w/ 37's on a cranked 6" lift IIRC. might PM him and get wheel specs.

Your pic doesn't work^. And yes it can be done, you just have to choose wheels and tires carefully.
