what would i do? it depends on my use for the truck.
if you tow a real load, i'd keep it leveled and 33's. if you don't use your truck as a truck (often) i'd go suspension if you can afford it. i lifted my 07 with a 6" bds and 35's and loved the look, did well offroad but loading a dirtbike in the back which i did atleast once weekly sucked when you are by yourself, engine hoist could barely get my motor in the bed of my truck, etc. my superduty i had just leveled out and my new truck will be getting a 2.5" level, air bags in the rear and 33's at some point.

Yea I noticed that too, it looks like a lot lower quality lift. Not saying it's not good but compared to the bds the bds wins hands down, but you get what you pay for.
its a 99 4x4 v8 5.4, i dont tow at all unless i out my buddys 23ft boat in the water whhich is right down the road,
rough country is like 1300, i know ppl, who mud they have a patrol, Mud patrol, its like a local thing, if i can get the sticker i can get a it lifted for like 600 mayb more and they weld everything idk yalls think thats the route to take?

Is that 600 for an install of the rough country? If so that's not that bad for install but I don't know about welding on the lift. And you can crank your torsions for free and clear 35's.

if i crank torison, it will wear joints right?
what if i get a leveling kit and so i can clear 33's, will i really break anything?
i just dont wanna waste 2 grand on something that will break... i could move out but im just a redneck who wants a big truck

Don't buy a leveling kit for your 99. They are for 04 and up. They have torsion keys available for your year, but they are a waste. U can crank the stock torsion bars about 2 inches without causing harm. Just make sure to get an alignment after cranking. There is a how to on this. If u get big lift with 35s, u should also factor in cost of regearing. I would crank torsion bars and go with 33s.
Definitely DO NOT get leveling keys, you'll blow through front end components every couple months. Cranking the torsions will keep you in factory spec so they added wear will be minimal at the worst, bigger tires will cause the wear faster than cranking them and even then it won't be barely much.
And your gonna have to do some serious wheeling to actually break something on the kit. Do you know what factory gears are in your truck now? If they're 3.55's or lower you'll be okay with 35's. You'll see a decrease in mileage and some power loss but it won't be horrible. I have 3.55's with 35's and it's not too bad. But if you decide to regear factor about 1400 or so for that since your 4x4 unless you can get a deal on install.
