4-6" struts

So I was so close to ordering the 4-6" Bilstein 5100s that would replace my spacer when I thought to call and make sure they were in stock. They are not and the salesman said they are backordered with no eta on arrival. Im replacing my lower ball joints next week and wanted to swap shocks at the same time to save time and money on alignments. Is there anybody else who makes an extended strut that would work on my truck? Custom wouldn't be out of the picture if the price was reasonable. If I can't find any ill end up getting the 5100 adjustables and leaving the block in but I'd really rather toss it. Thanks
