Fabtech 6" on 2" spacer install 2wd '05

I didn't want to sidebust on the other thread about a 6" lift and that one pertained to a 4wd.

I am installing a 2wd Fabtech 6" lift on my own:

I have a 2" spacer on the front of the truck and a smaller shackle lift on the rear.

I plan on keeping the spacer in, but I am not sure if the brake lines will work. I would like to have the brake lines on hand when I do the install if they are needed, any input?

Will I be able to keep the lift shackle on with the lift?
They are like these but for my '05:

Any pointers on how to lift the truck if I am doing this at home and have no lift? How high of a jack do I need and jackstands? I am willing to buy reasonably priced ones, but I need to know what size range I would need?

Is there any special tools I need to buy or rent for the install? Do I need something to put the new front shocks on?

I'd putting together everything I need and researching wheels and tires as well, I appreciate any and all input.

i would recommend the 12 ton jacks from tractor supply made my big red or w/e that brand is. they go to 29 or 30" IIRC. i used them on my superduty and use them on my SOA'd landcruiser.

as for height, you need what ever it takes your get your truck off the ground + 8" at minimum.

as for tools, read the instructions and it should list tools. or if not reading the instructions will help.

the lower strut bolt is huge, so i'd look into getting that before you start the tear down.

you can keep your shackle lift.
