I had a 2001 that I put a 3 inch spindle kit and 3 inch body kit on. Since have sold it, but I took some pretty good pics of the 3 inch body install. Just check out my album if you want. Maybe it will help. Did it by myself with the exception of the cab bolt on the drivers side. Took me about 14hrs, again I was by myself. If you got a good friend, you can knock it in half the time easily. Good luck maybe the pics can help.

@Buxton91. I didn't know they got that expensive, that's freaking crazy
And Alex I was looking into that but couldn't find anything for my truck. I only found stuff for like 03 and older. Mine is a 04 F150 XLT with the 4.6 V8 2wd

Spindle lift's are 97-03 2wd only, so your outta luck there. Your only options would be body lift or suspension lift since I think you said earlier you already had a leveling kit.

@pdabbs911 thanks a lot I'll check them out now

And @alex yea I'm thinking about just getting the 3" body lift for now. And maybe during income tax season getting a suspension lift added and some 35's or 37's.. Whatever fits
