Ford Highboy suspension

I was just wondering if any of the 70's Ford F-150's were produced with "Highboy" suspensions or just strictly the F-250's?

to best my understanding just 250s highboys all had closed knuckle dana44 narrow leaves springs and divorced transfer cases, all the half tons were coil spring front ends

Ya the highboys are awesome! I've got a 75' and it will clear 38's with no lift and looks awesome.
