Stock Shackles Wanted

Does anyone know where to buy, or where I can find some stock shackles? Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry, I totally forgot about the year and stuff. 2004 F150 Screw, Lariat, 2wd, 5.4L. Sorry again.
