worn tires

i have been having problem with alignment on 2005 fx4 f-150. inner part of tires keep wearing incredibly fast. i think the place i was taking it to before was messing it up on purpose, cant be sure. latley tires have seemed to be wearing ok, even though they are already a hot mess. at like 20k miles. so i have a 6 inch lift, does the alignment to be set up different than in stock configuration, or do i need to have alignment compensated for lift? thanks. dave

Alignment would be the same. If it is wearing on the inner edge, it is definitely an alignment problem.

I agree. Unless you have something worn out like ball joints or a shock (which may or may not have been replaced in the lift).
