Alignment question after 6 inch Lift
Alignment question after 6 inch Lift
I just installed a used procomp 6inch lift to my 05 Screw. It cam off an 08. but the kits are suppose to be the same.
I also added the new Bilstein 4-6 inch shocks instead of the spacers.
Currently I have a bad negative camber and I have adjusted the camber bolts on the lower control arms all the way inward, front and back.
But can't get any more positive camber out of the system.
Top of tires tilt in toward vehicle more than bottom.
Is there anything that I could have done wrong with tighten things up to cause this problem?
Everything was on the ground when I did all the tighten on the Cam bolts and swaybar links.
Could the sway bar be too tight? Did I get the cam bolts adjusted right.
Should I have tighten things up when it was jacked up?
Inward Cam gives positive camber.. right?
The left/right alignment for the tires are ok I just have a large negative camber.
Any Ideas.
About the only thing I can think of now, would be to cut the camber holes out more to allow for more inward movement.
Or can an alignment shop get more out of it by adjusting the tow, etc..
thanks
