Can you explain the lifts

What suspension lift would you guys recommend for a 3000.00 budget 6-8". I would like to hear the comparisons. I've heard pro comp has an annoying spacer, Rancho is only 4" but sits as high as pro comp and fabtech, Skyjacker is a lower end lift, just rumors like that. I would like to know whick one is the best bang for the buck and if possible wich one sits higer? The truck is a 06 4x4 screw

I'd go with the Pro Comp Stage 1. I think 4 Wheel Parts may have them on sale.

Ok guys, I think I narrowed it down a bit. Pro Comps coil over kit about $2500 free shipping on 4 wheel online. Any body have this lift that can tell me how it rides, and how good it is off road. The other choice is the superlift, but that one doesn't have any coil overs and its about the same price. I've heard that superlift drives great on the road. Remember its for a daily driver !!

Yeah the sure look nice, and not only are they like 4 grand, but also they are 8" so = more tire = more gears = more $$$. What makes them more expensive anyways ??

iv'e had a 6in. fabtech on mine for 60 something thousand miles, every since it left the lot new in 06, without a single problem. i've really given mine hell offroad too and have yet to break anything.

It's worth looking at the Trail Master. http://www.central4wd.com/inventoryd...7;folder|98364

Replacement strut instead of a spacer.
brake lines instead

and a replacement front CV front driveline. This is critical because most of the other kits require you to rotate your front differential up, depriving the ring and pinion of proper lubrication.

Auto parts warehouse has the same kit for $1505.38 and free shipping !!! I don't like the fact that it requires frame bracket cutting, AND they have the Rancho lift for $1650.00 which I can keep my stock 20's with. I wish I could see trucks with different in person.
