Talking Lift finally ordered!

Well, after nonstop research for the past few months between leveling kits, tires, rims, and lift kits- I finally ordered my setup.

I ordered:
-Pro comp 6" lift below

It had $500 off install ending today ^

- 35" BFG mud-terrain KN2's
- http://www.4wheelparts.com/prodDetai...artno=BFG38371

-On 17" motometal rims
- http://www.4wheelparts.com/prodDetai...fPMO9517963312

Any opinions?

lift kit

Can't wait to see the finished project, can I ask why you went with a lift rather than a levelling kit? I am wondering about my S/C as well, and how far to take it, nice problem though lol.

Already ordered them

But Ive only seen 1 truck in my area with them, and I only saw them once.

radar's fx4-

Dennis5_0- I decided to go with the lift because I would rather get it done now. And if I got the leveling kit and 33's I would have to wait for the tread life of those and it would make the lift years away. And i didnt want to wait that long
Oh and that lift kit levels it for you, and i got 500 off install, which helped alot

I just was informed that one of my good friends just got the motometals on his truck. So I called 4 wheel Parts and decided to switch to these

VERY nice wheels!!

They look just like the ones I ordered...

Just kidding...

I'll be running my stock 20's till my turn to ditch the leveling kit and get a lift comes.

Lift or Level ?

Well thanks for the advice, I think I will be going with the 2.5 " levelling kit, I have the 4.6 with a S/C and like to haul a pop up during the summer.
I think the cost of gas, hauling a trailer, a lift and great big tires which of course I would have to have , would wipe any bank account I might have. I am not sure how big of a tire to use, presently have 265/65/17 on factory wheels, was thinking maybe 285's, saw a truck on here with the 2.5 and 285 tires and it looked real sharp. If anyone hauls a trailer if they could let me know of any problems or none to report that would be great thanks. I think 305.s or 315's would be too much work and strain on my 4.6.

Dennis
