Lol nice name for a cat. Kit did not come with U-bolts, but I checked under there and the current ones are in great shape. They use salt on the roads up here, but I make sure to keep the underside cleaned off in the winter, and the aftermarket undercoating does a good job (except that they sprayed it over the fuel filter and I went to change it, was basically rhino'd over, PITA).

$85 is a great price. When I installed the add-a-leaf on my 2004 flareside F150, I had to drop the fuel tank to install the left side and the exhaust to install the right side. For some reason, both eye bolts had to slide out toward the middle of the truck. I would have paid $250 to have it done, had I known it was going to be so difficult!
