2006 F150 2wd 3/5 djm lower kit. I cut the tie rod end on both the male and female parts by 3/8" like the instructions say, then it says when you get the mounting arms up and the bolt through(this is in the 2 slotted parts), that you push the arm all the way back and tighten it down...well i did this and I could tell the rotors were angled bad...i dont know much about alignment but both sides the tires are pointed out quite a bit when I have the steering wheel in the "straight" position. what all needs to be done so this is fixed? Help please.
Heres a few pics. Is this amount of angle fairly normal? What exactly to they do to correct so both point straight? These were with the steering wheel at the straight position.

you've got wicked toe out. should be able to adjust it with the tie rod adjusters. there was a really good howto on driveway alignments a few months ago, that should show you how to do it.

Ok well update. Dont follow the instructions of pushing the 2 mounting bolts all the way back and tightening them down...I talked to someone on the phone and they said to loosen them back up and let the vehicle back down and turn the steering wheel 1 way then the other, and tighted each a portion at a time...I did this and it is fixed...looks pretty sweet!
PICTURES! Just took em with my phone and nothin on the truck is clean at all but its lookin pretty good, I'm happy with it so far. Thinking exhaust is next.

275/55/r20. Ive drivin it around and checked clearance around the whole fender guard and it doesn't touch anywhere when turning from one extreme to the other. Also my streets vary in quality with railroad tracks and I've tried it out all around town. There is a little knocking around in the back though as I drive it around, not sure what that is but i was gonna look at it tomorrow.
