My truck has been dropped 3.5-5 since November 2004 I have ran 22' with two different size tires I've ran 275/35/22 and 285/40/22 the 275/35/22 tires are 29.3" tall with absolutely no rubbing the 285/40/22 tires are 31" tall and I would rub coming off a bridge or in a sharp curve and the body roll would rub. Then I stepped up to a 24" rim with 295/35/24 tire which is 32.13" tall and I would rub like crazy so I had to go down to a 275/30/24 tire which is 30.5" tall and I rub in a sharp curve or big bumps. I would suggest dropping your tire size to a 275/45/20 so you wont rub just a suggestion. Your 275/55/20 tires are 32" tall and the 275/45/20 tires are 29.75"
