Take the bottom bolt out of the shock mounts. This makes it easier to move the rearend around to line the blocks up.

Update... Lightly lifted the front of the axle( right in front of the pumpkin), loosened all 4 of the u-bolts,put truck in neutral and chocked the front tires, lifted 1 set of springs til they were free from the block. Then, rotated tire back and forth til the pins looked lined up,lowered lack off springs, tightened to 85 ft lbs. Went to the other side to do the same thing and i got the "POP" , pins on the first side were in. Long story short, both sides popped and centered on the pins.
Took it for a drive in the rain and it felt great upto 45 and then a shimmy ( like a wheel outta balance). Not sure if it was the rain or not.
My question is, once the pins popped into place is it safe to assume that my nittos are'nt gonna get chewed up doing alot of highway driving ? Also, is there a procedure to make sure it's straight and not ****-eyed.
Man the first time with the 2" block was a piece of cake
