Rear End "Droop"

I have an '09 F150 Screw 4x4 that was leveled (AS 2.5" up front with AS 3" replacement block in the rear). I just took the leveling kit off and put the factory blocks back on the rear end. The drivers side rear now sit's 1" lower than the passenger side (measured from outer flange of rim to wheel well). I have tried measurements on both my driveway and a local flat parking lot to make sure it wasn't a result of the way it was parked. The bed has been empty for all measurements. Any idea what would cause this and how to fix it? Thanks.

possible bushing bind?? i would try to loosen the bolts for the rear springs and drive a couple blocks to make sure everything is settled down. see where you sit then.

Block

I know you probably installed everything correctly, but did you make sure that the center pins on the blocks are seated to the axle and the spring pack pins seated to the block on the passenger side?

Just throwing out ideas, not trying to insult you.

Nitrox,

No insult taken. I posted on here because I can't figure it out on my own. I checked when I first noticed the droop and everything looks like it is installed correctly (plus both fronts and the passenger side rear are all the same height with the 1.5" kit on the front. The driverside rear is 1" lower than it was from the factory though.) I am going to try papajohn's reccomendation tomorrow and see if there is possibly some binding in the driverside spring pack that is causing the droop. I'll post an update after I have tried that. Keep the ideas coming. Thanks.

I loosened the U-Bolts, vigourosly rocked the rear end up and down, checked the blocks and hardware, retightened and re-measured.... no change. I loosened the rear shackle bolts and did the same thing... no change. I don't have a socket large enough to loosen the front shackle bolt so am going to have to wait on that. I'll post when I've tried that.

I want to find out the solution to this also. My truck was 1" lower on the drivers side before I even put my 3" rear kit on and it is still 1" off after the kit. Explain that one to me, I'm confused.
