i have a brand new 2010 f150 fx4. id like to lift it but do lift kits really make your truck drive like crap and feel like crap? i know my buddy lifted his nisan titan and the thing drives and feels horrible. so i was curious about that and then wondering what the best lift kit out is for maybe a 4 inch lift.

 

Most people on this site say that when they lift there truck it rides better than stock.
As far as a lift for 4inch the most popular is the rancho but the bds also makes a great lift. But if i was you i would look at the 6in the price is about the same as a 4in and you get 2 more inches out of it and you will probable wish you would have went with the 6in after you do the 4in.

 

taire will make or break the ride mine rode good till i went with the toyos there E rated and even with 40 psi the 10 ply sidewall makes for a rough ride. stick with a D rated tire.
