suspension problem

i took my truck to the shop today for a clunk in my front end. they called me back and said when the lifted my truck in the air that my upper control arm was hitting my coil i have a leveling kit on it we think this might be the problem is there anything else that could be causing this to happen

More than likely it is the level kit. I had a 2" level on mine and it wouldn't make any noise but it did rub the coating off my spring where it would hit. Also my upper ball joints were shot from using the level kit as well. This is on a 07 with only 25000 highway miles.
