Will this work

Hey guys i ordered my bds 8 inch lift for my 2004 F150 FX4. I was wondering if the nitto 38x15.50 would fit if not i will probably go with the 37 but really want to see if i can fit the 38. I have a 20x10 wheel in mind with about 4.5 inches of backspacing. It doesnt seem to be that much taller in the specs that i looked at on the nitto website. Anything would be help full. Sorry i just realized that i posted this in the suspension forum. If someone could move it the the tire forum. Thanks

I think the 15.50 inch width will cause you issues. I'd add a 3 inch body lift or go with a narrower (12.50 or 13.50) 37 inch tire.

Just add a leveling kit plus an aal in the rear. 10inches of lift will clear some 38s. Now the 15.5 wide might give you some problems

if your only running 8" of lift biggest tire i would go with is either 38/13.5 or 37/13.5. if you run a 38/15.5 with only 8" of lift it will most likely rub.

you might rub a bit with the 37's on that wide wheel with little backspacing.

I have 8" and I am running a 37x13.5x22 and I have zero rubbing issues. My wheel is a 22x11 with a -24 offset. I hope that gives you an idea for the 20x10 you were originally looking at!

i really want to go with a 20 or 22 but the wheels that i ordered just got here for the tires i was originally gonna use so it looks like i will be going to stick with the 18 inch wheels. O well
