I have 2005 fx4 f150, six in fabtech, 35in tires, no body lift. I get a very faint knocking sound when I turn, any ideas? Also, how many more issues would I be dealing with to add a 3in body? (mods to drivetrain, etc...)

 

sounds like you are making contact somewhere with your tires. id start looking at your control arms and the front and rear of your fenderwells to look for rub marks to see where you need to make any corrections.

 

Have you checked for loose items rolling around in the toolbox?
