need new shocks, what will fit my lift?

i recently bought a 2005 f 150 with a 4 or 6 inch lift, not sure, its all professionaly done but its sorta odd with some type of spacer on the coil/shock. im new to f 150 espesialy new ones ( my old truck was a 93 ranger that i rebuilt from a head on crash thanks to a drunk driver)

i want some type of coilover shock, i get deals from ford ( i work at the national parts depot) so i was wondering if the shocks from the rapter would fit

any info would help a ton

i recently broke my coil tower so i need to replace everything at the same time

the basic lift kits use a spacer on top of the coil to retain the factory coilover. aftermarket coilovers are available and tipically run 1000-1800 bucks for the pair.

Not sure if the raptor shocks are longer or would work but probally not since coilovers can be specific for 04-08 and 09-10

i can get a pair of the fox rapter shocks for 480 for the pair with ford discount so if anyone has any ideas for making it fit let me know, me and a GM mechanic can weld and whatnot but we just dont have any experience with independent suspension / or suspension in general.

if there are any quality shocks out there in the rang of 250 a piece that anyone could recommended that would be great

you need coilovers which will run 1000-1800 like mentioned earlier, id look into fabtech dirt logics, pro comp, kings, fox
