shocking question

I am wanting to put some shocks on my truck. it has 209,000 miles on the factory shocks so I was thinking it's time to change those

I don't really want to put anything great on there just something like stock or maybe something a little better depending ont he price. I just want a decent shock for a good price. Rock auto has a dizzying array of shocks and I don't want to over do it or under do it.

The truck is a 2003 F150 4x4 supercrew lariat with a 5.4

Suggestions please

1-- Your shocks were worn out a loooooong time ago.
2-- With your attitude, just buy something. Anything new will be an improvement. Rancho 5000's are an inexpensive descent alternative. The Bilsteins will be too expensive and too quality to fit what you're looking for.

That's a descent, relatively inexpensive alternative also.
