Since you have posted the same question twice in about the same amount of hours I will help you out so you can move on.

Benefits : Sits level when towing or hauling. Needs no other modifications with your level kit. Easy to install and cheap.

Negatives : Rides a little stiffer when empty and has a slight back to front slope or rake when empty.

Good luck

You can also just add a 1inch block to the rear cheaper route.

Another option would be the Firestone Ride Rite Air Bags in the rear, they cost about $250 but are much easier than an AAL to install. I have these and love them. For example, my truck is an 08 FX4, I have a 2.5" leveling kit (AS) as well and my truck behaves exactly like you say yours does, level when empty, noticeably nose high when loaded. With the bags, I run about 15 psi all the time which gives me about 3/4" lift out back with no noticeable change in the ride (not stiff like AAL's). If I need to, I just add more air to keep it level. At 100psi, I get about 4" lift when empty. I just ran the schrader valves out to the back where 2 of the license plate screws were for easy fill ups. Another $250 will get you an onboard compressor with a guage and buttons to inflate/deflate from inside the truck.
